**Position Overview**:
The Associate Manager, Dealer Relations, Recordkeeping, builds and sustains key relationships between CIBC Mellon, its clients and the Canadian Mutual Fund broker dealer community (distributors, deals and brokers), developing and supporting communication initiatives between these groups.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops and maintains relationships with existing CIBC Mellon/URK Client representatives, mutual fund industry distributors, dealers and brokers, acting as a liaison between CIBC Mellon, the client, and the broker dealer community by providing details on client updates, industry changes, ESG Standards, FundSERV updates, Fund changes, dealer updates, and client conversions
- Schedules and leads regular meetings with representatives of the dealer community to build and reinforce CIBC Mellon business relationships, promote and improve channels of communication, and reduce administrative gaps
- Prepares, distributes and reports results of the dealer satisfaction survey, presentation of Dealer Service Report Card
- Directs and guides the Dealer Relations team on a technical process basis with: fund setups, dealer updates, conversions, correspondence, reporting, bulk transfers, dealer agreements, communications, etc.
- Advises and provides guidance to management, and other teams within the Unitholder Recordkeeping Department for new fund launches, industry compliance, the Prospectus, Offering Memorandum, Fund Fact Sheets, FundSERV, FUNDcom, electronic order processing, ESG standards, and electronic file forwarding.
- Collaborates on the review of various legal agreements and documentation including the dealer agreement and represents CIBC Mellon on industry related committees (i.e.IFIC, FundSERV/FUNDcom enhancements, IIROC,MFDA, etc.)
- Delivers or collaborates on client or internal presentations focusing on new product launches, investment fund changes, CDS rollovers, mergers, dealer updates, dealer agreements, semaphores, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- University education (graduate)
- 6-7 years relevant mutual fund industry experience
- Knowledge of the mutual fund industry; In depth knowledge and experience using FundSERV
- Communication skills, both verbal and written
