You will perform accounting duties as required to support the Finance function as related to Billing, Project Invoicing and Project Support. You will perform the full scope of financial support for operational managers while working under supervision where project set-up, data entry and decisions are occasionally reviewed and/or verified by your manager.

Reporting directly to the Financial Analyst you will bring 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with high volume data entry.

**This is a permanent position that will be based out of our Sherwood Park office.**

**What what you be doing?**
- Supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and operational leaders during.
- Project file set-up, maintenance, close out.
- Providing support with Cost inquiries, Rate Cards, reporting and analysis.
- Enforcing practices and procedures by raising invoicing or billing discrepancies to manager or operational leaders.
- Reviewing transactions, confirming compliance with regulations and working with peers to address issues.
- Using and creating project templates and project files. Entering data to assist FP&A and operational leaders with processing documents (timesheets, LEMS, vendor invoices, purchase requests, purchase orders, client invoicing).
- Reviewing, assessing, and amending data entries to ensure Projects are compliant with internal processes and external requirements (i.e. CSOX compliance).
- Generating reports, summaries, and analysis using standard templates.

- You have strong high volume data entry skills with an Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

- Competent and knowledgeable with Microsoft Software (Excel, Word, Project, Vision) and other project management software.
- Pro-active approach that is flexible and adaptable with an excellent attention to detail.
