**Operational Planning and Production Oversight**
- Develop, implement, and manage operational policies and procedures.
- Create production schedules to optimize resource utilization and meet project timelines.
- Monitor and adjust production processes for efficiency and output.
- Plan workers’ schedules, estimate costs, and prepare budgets.
- Ensure business developments align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

**Performance Monitoring**
- Implement KPIs to measure production and employee productivity.
- Provide regular updates on production metrics to upper management.

**Process Improvement**
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and implement measures.
- Evaluate new technologies and innovative production methods.
- Develop and adjust policies and procedures for effective operations.

**Resource Management**
- Manage, assess, and allocate personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate with procurement for raw material supply.
- Optimize inventory levels to meet production demands.
- Select, order, and purchase materials.

**Project Management**
- Oversee planning and execution of operational projects.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets.
- Manage scheduling for maximum workforce efficiency.

**Risk Management**
- Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Create and maintain contingency plans.

**Strategic Planning**
- Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth.
- Implement goal setting and annual operations planning.
- Monitor and control production costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.

**Quality Control**
- Establish and maintain quality control standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections.
- Implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- Develop equipment maintenance schedules.

**Leadership and Relationship Building**
- Lead, motivate, and mentor production staff.
- Supervise performance and conduct regular reviews.
- Organize training sessions for personnel.
- Build relationships with professionals in the industry.

**Communication and Reporting**
- Communicate objectives and updates to team and management.
- Prepare and present reports on KPIs and metrics.
- Write reports to CEO on matters of importance.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Project management skills including time management, decision-making, and delegation.
- Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with raw materials and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to motivate and organize teams, with leadership and conflict management skills.
- Understanding of health and safety standards.
- Competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and operations metrics.
- Adaptability, stress tolerance, and results-driven mindset.
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in production management
- Proven track record of improving efficiency and meeting production targets
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus
- Knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes
- Proficient using Power BI, PowerApps, Microsoft suite
- Familiarity with Shopify backend an asset
