Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels
- Communicate effectively regarding exteriors with potential customers to understand their needs and make correct recommendations
- Utilize CRM software to book leads
- Collaborate with sales team and other departments to close deals and achieve high level of customer satisfaction with a positive work culture
**This job is 100% performance based**
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English is required
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
