Inside Sales Representative

INCOM Manufacturing Group are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the main point of contact for new and existing accounts. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales through effective communication and relationship-building with existing and potential clients.
This position will be based out our office in Ancaster, ON
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Manage lead and sales follow-ups using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Effectively present INCOM products and their benefits to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for reaching sales targets and achieving company objectives.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Post-secondary Diploma or Degree in Business or similar is an asset.
- Proven experience in a B2B Inside Sales, Customer Service, Outside Sales or Account Manager position.
- Experience in/knowledge of industrial or commercial products is desired.
- Curious, self-motivated, eager personality with a desire to continuously learn and grow.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrated success building relationships, explaining products and services in an appealing and genuine manner.
- Excellent English communication (oral and written), as well as customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills including full MS Office Suite, Social Media, CRM.
- Ability to work in office 5 days per week.
