**Administrator, Development & Construction**:
Primaris REIT is currently hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrator, Development & Construction to join our team at our Calgary or Toronto Head Office. As the Administrator, Development & Construction, your will assist with the administrative function of Development & Construction (D&C) team by providing excellent support to the D&C activities, projects and various stakeholders.
- Perform Yardi administration, which may include:

- invoice and process department expenses
- scan and attach payables
- collect and input actual construction costs
- producing project budget and cost reports
- Gather information from internal and external construction stakeholders to produce updated development packages, schedules, financial information, and status of projects
- Support the team in the RFP and planning process by coordinating vendor proposals and quotations
- Maintain and update active project files which include tracking and filing submittals, drawing submissions, construction & leasing budgets, change notices etc.
- Assist the Director in providing future cash flow statements, committed cost summaries and monthly progress reporting
- Participate in various development and construction meetings as required
- Prepare presentations, reports, documents, and communications/correspondence
- Enter, update, and verify various database information and electronic records
- Prepare travel arrangements & organize meetings
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years experience in related environment
- Real Estate and/or construction industry experience an asset
- College Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using ERP Software (Yardi preferred)
- Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate with all levels of management
- Ability to multi-task and strong problem solving skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
