Receptionist/invoicing Clerk

Local area manufacturing facility has a position available for a Receptionist/Invoicing Clerk to join our fast-paced, growing accounting department.
Skills required are answering phones with a pleasant and positive telephone manner, a minimum of 2 years basic invoice accounting experience, knowledge of Windows-based accounting software such as Simply Accounting, Business Vision, etc., and one who works well with others in a team environment.
Other duties include organizing all necessary paperwork for each invoice, posting payments, and filing.
This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start date, offering a competitive wage and group health plan.
Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
