**Hey We're Hiring** For the role of: Sales and New Business Development.
We are looking for an effective, down-to-earth professional for this role to help us build and maintain great client relationships
As a sales development professional you will ensure customer needs and enquiries are met in a prompt and professional manner. You will analyze customer needs and present information on our new elevator equipment, products and services. You must have the ability to fully understand the problem, explore alternatives, and develop creative solutions to customer needs.
You have the ability to be an integral part of the operation through teamwork. You will develop financial and sales goals and understand customer objectives and outcomes.
You will plan and implement sales strategies reflective of company objectives, customer needs and competitive offerings. You will enjoy providing excellent after-sale care, developing and implementing business processes, CRM strategies, and above all, building and maintaining great client relationships
This is a hybrid work arrangement and commission compensation structure. Full-time, part-time, casual, remote, work from home, on-site (Brantford), customer sites: Waterloo-Brant-Halton-Hamilton Regions.

**Salary**: $35,007.39-$125,552.43 per year
