**About this Role**
This is a full-time role as a Licensed, New Home Sales Representative for various multi-phased projects located in Southern Ontario. As a New Home Sales Representative, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Marketing and promoting your site
- Reaching out to local and GTA Brokers
- Conducting sales presentations
- Providing exceptional customer service to potential homebuyers
- Completing various legal documents such as Agreements of Purchase and Sale and Amendments
- Being knowledgeable of market trends and competitors
**Qualifications**
- Must have your Real Estate License
- Self-confidence and motivation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems
- Willingness to learn and grow in varying environments
- Experience in a sales role would be considered a plus
Pay: $35,413.00-$131,757.69 per year
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
