**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phones and speak with customers to handle inquiries.
- Prepare documents for filing and organize files.
- Maintain office equipment, including computers and copiers
- Invoicing, receivables, and payables
- Bi-weekly payroll

**Requirements**:

- Must have experience with Quickbooks Online
- Must have experience with basic accounting fuctions; invoicing, receivables, payables
- Must have reliable transportation as we are not on a bus route

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
