Expérience : DEC comptabilité, gestion de bureau, comptabilité informatisée ou tout autre diplôme en comptabilité.

1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire

Connaissances informatiques requises : MS Excel, Word, Outlook.

Expérience en fabrication et/ou distribution considérée comme un atout

Organisé, apprenant rapidement, haut niveau d'efficacité, d'exactitude, courtois et professionnel.

Générer et traiter les factures avec précision, en garantissant l'alignement avec les commandes de nos clients et les documents d'expédition.

Envoyer des factures proforma pour paiement avant la livraison si nécessaire.Produire et envoyer les documents aux clients (facture, preuve de livraison, etc.).

Faites correspondre les paiements aux factures, tenir des registres précis

Effectués les paiements par dépôts à distance.

Évaluer la solvabilité, approuver les expéditions et surveiller les limites de crédit.

Examiner et analyser les rapports de crédit de base.

Vérification de crédit pour mettre à jour le crédit disponible pour les clients.

Ouverture de nouveaux comptes et assurez-vous que tous les documents nécessaires sont complets.

Suivi des demandes des clients liées aux comptes.

S'assurer que les clients paient dans les conditions convenues.

Effectuer des appels et des courriels de suivi pour les retards de paiements.

Responsable de compléter les rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels à la direction.

Aider aux procédures de fermeture de fin de mois.

Toujours chercher des moyens d'améliorer les délais et les processus de paiement.

**Account Receivable Clerk**

Experience: DEC accounting, office management, computerized accounting, or any other diploma in accounting.

1-3 years of work experience in a similar position

Computer skills required: MS Excel, Word, Outlook.

Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution considered an asset

Attention to detail, organized, quick learner, and team player.

High level of efficiency, accuracy, confidentiality, courteous and professional.

Generate and process invoices accurately, ensuring alignment with sales orders and shipping records.

Send pro-forma invoices for payment before delivery when required.

Produce and send documents to customers (invoice, proof of delivery, etc.).

Match payments to invoices, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.

Deposit payments received and reconcile payments made by remote deposits.

Assess creditworthiness, approve shipments, and monitor credit limits.

Review and analyze basic credit reports.

Conduct credit reviews to update credit available to clients.

Open new accounts and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.

Follow up on customer inquiries related to accounts receivable.

Ensure that customers pay within agreed terms.

Conduct collections and reconciliations to ensure all accounts are current.

Responsible for completing weekly and monthly reports to management.

Assist in month-end closing and balancing procedures.

Always seek ways to improve payment times and processes.
