**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment & Staffing**:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare professionals, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent. This includes posting job openings, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, and ensuring compliance with healthcare-specific hiring regulations.
- **Employee Relations**:
Foster a positive work environment through effective conflict resolution, employee engagement initiatives, and support in addressing employee concerns. Ensure employee satisfaction and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- **Government Funding & Grants**:

- **Training & Development**:
Develop and implement employee training programs that ensure staff are up-to-date on industry standards, company policies, and compliance regulations. Promote continuous professional development and certification for healthcare employees.
- **HR Compliance & Documentation**:
Ensure that the agency complies with all state, federal, and healthcare-specific labor laws and regulations. Maintain HR records, benefits administration, and employment-related documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
- **Communication & Collaboration**:
Serve as a key point of contact for internal communications, providing clear and concise information to all employees. Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the overall goals of the organization.
- **Performance Management**:
Oversee performance appraisal processes, offering guidance and support to managers to ensure effective employee evaluations and development plans are in place.
- **Employee Benefits & Payroll**:
Administer employee benefits programs and manage payroll processing in coordination with finance. Ensure benefits are competitive and in line with industry standards to attract and retain high-quality healthcare professionals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment for healthcare roles (e.g., nurses, medical assistants, etc.).
- Experience in securing and managing government funding, grants, and subsidies for healthcare organizations is highly preferred.
- **Skills & Abilities**:

- Strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in HR software (e.g., ADP, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
