As a Project Coordinator at Prolex Media, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects from inception to completion. From coordinating project timelines and resources to facilitating communication between internal teams and clients, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our creative initiatives.

**What are the responsibilities?**
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects according to established timelines and objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Coordinate project tasks, deadlines, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders on project milestones, deliverables, and risks.
- Assist in quality control and ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations and adhere to Prolex Media’s quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.

**Preferred, but not required**:

- Previous experience in project management or coordination roles.
- Knowledge of creative production processes and workflows.
- Experience or academic background in copywriting

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
