We are currently looking for a committed and driven Industrial Packaging Sales Representative to join our team.

**What will your typical day look like?**

You’ll be communicating with our customers, solving problems, and always striving to assure 100% satisfaction in customer experience. You’ll be working collaboratively with different teams throughout the organization. This is a challenging role that will keep you on your toes and offer you the opportunity to learn and grow in the plastic packaging industry. **What you will do**:

- Professionally represent Reliance Packaging business as the direct sales representative through key account interface
- Execute on Sales strategies ensuring continued satisfaction of existing customer base and growth in our defined markets
- Prospect for growth particularly in the Industrial Chemical packaging segment of business-to-business selling
- Prepare and execute on target account plans independently or with the Industrial Packaging Sales Manager for deeper market penetration within the established and expanded markets.
- Development and execution of sales plans and forecasts for targeted Industrial Chemical accounts
- Develop pricing and terms for customers within approved program guidelines and manage vendor agreements as submitted by customers
- Track competitive activity, market developments, and changing customer directions and demands for strategic forward planning
- Prepare forecasts on a product-by-product basis for annual budgets as well as updating forecasts on a monthly basis
- Effectively communicate an in-depth knowledge on the industrial packaging product line and professionally deliver the Reliance message to the marketplace assuring our Core Values are adhered to in all communications.
- Work in concert with the Customer Relations team to assure 100% customer satisfaction
- Participate in industry stewardship or affiliate organization with the goal of gaining insight into market, trends, competitive landscape, and players in the industry
- All functions above in conjunction with the Industrial Packaging Sales Manager.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- 3+ years in the Industrial Packaging market preferred.
- 5+ years Business to Business sales experience.
- Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the work week within United States and Canada.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized and have a high degree of initiative.
- Good computer, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of performing this role with mínimal direct supervision.
- Experience in, or knowledge of extrusion blow molding an asset.
