**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Manage office tasks such as filing, organizing, and proofreading documents.
- Utilize computerized systems for record-keeping and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Familiarity with phone systems to handle incoming and outgoing calls effectively.
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic accounting functions.

**Skills**:

- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in office procedures and administrative tasks.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure error-free documentation.
- Ability to computerize processes for efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional communication.
