Part Time Front Office Administrator

We're a dental lab seeking a reliable office admin with a positive outlook. Duties are wide ranging, with potential for growth within the company.

Duties include but not limited to:

- packing, receiving, and shipping cases - including full sanitation processes
- scheduling cases
- coordinating and dispatching drivers/couriers
- keeping front office clean and organized from shipments and deliveries
- organizing and filing paper work
- taking payments
- inventory control
- running errands for office eg. taking cars in for maintenance
- filtering phone calls
- maintain organized office schedule eg. employee attendance tracking, scheduling patients, case deadlines etc...

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
