Sutherland-Chan Yonge/Wellesley Clinic is for a Part time Office Manager for their **Yonge & Wellesley** location.

This caring atmosphere starts when clients walk in to the clinic and interacts with you, the Office Manager

**Your duties as our Office Manager include but not limited to**:

- Greeting incoming Clients with a friendly and positive attitude
- Confirming appointments for the next business day
- Fulfilling Client inquiries
- Invoicing Clients after treatments
- Billing treatments directly to insurance companies
- Organizing and preparing Client files for Therapists
- Act as the liaison between Clients and Therapists; between Management and Clients; between Management and Staff; between Management and Building Management
- Payroll duties between Staff and Sutherland-Chan Head Office
- Team Recognition and Team building events
- Time off and Shift Change Requests for all Staff
- Staff Scheduling for Receptionists Schedules
- Changes in Jane App System including new policies and products/services
- Inventory management of supplies and product sales
- Scheduling of Maintenance and Repairs needed within the Clinic
- Updates on Clinic Website

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Experience with the Jane App booking system is an asset
- Administrative experience is a definite asset but not required
- Basic computer knowledge is required
- A positive, can-do attitude with customer-focused approach to navigating ambiguous day-to-day situations

The hours we are looking to have these this position cover are:
**Tuesdays -8:30am to 3:30pm**

**Wednesdays - 8:30am to 3:30pm**

**Thursdays - 8:30 am to 3:30pm**

**Fridays - 3:30pm to 8:30pm**

**You must be able to be on call to cover shifts for sickness or time off for other receptionists.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
