**Description**: Purchase & Inventory Control Administration
Full Time Position
**Salary**: $39,000 - $42,000 annually - based on experience
Office location: Mount Brydges, ON Canada
**Personal requirements**: responsible & reliable, organized, hardworking & self
- starter, strong teamwork & collaboration skills, flexible and able to multi-task, good communication skills, Microsoft - Excel and Word proficient, fluent in English (speaking/writing)
Has own reliable transportation, Comfortable with Dogs
QuickBooks experience - preferred
Purchase/Inventory management experience - preferred
Agricultural Background - preferred
High School Diploma
Start Date - Immediately
**Purchasing**
Tasks Include Purchase Orders - Complete Cycle, maintaining relationships with suppliers, getting/updating price lists.
Provide the salespeople with necessary information including pricelists, catalogue numbers, estimated arrival times, and additional tasks as required.
Working with logistics, accounting, and CEO, planning orders for the season, stock orders, payment terms and related tasks.
**Inventory control**
Responsible for the inventory list and initiating cycle counts, providing reports on inventory value/content for accounting & sales, assisting logistics, updating inventory prices, catalog Numbers, quantities & other details into QuickBooks, and additional tasks as required.
