**Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Perform account reconciliation and assist with budgeting
- Process accounts payable and receivables and maintain accurate records
- Utilize accounting software such as Quickbooks and Sage for financial tasks
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee records
- Conduct account analysis and generate reports as needed
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Other Administrative duties as assigned
**Experience**:
- Bookkeeping experience
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, Sage)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
