**Company Description**

Court Surface Specialists Ltd. (CSS Ltd.) is a leading provider of court construction and restoration services across Ontario. In addition to our core business, we offer high-quality sports components to landscaping partners and homeowners under our DIY Court Canada & City Hoops brands.

**Role Description**
- Leading and managing the existing sales team
- Developing and implementing sales strategies
- Driving business growth and company objectives
- Manage key accounts (ie. brands or major retailers)
- Staying up-to-date with developments in the marketplace (competitive analysis)

The role of VP of Sales & Business Development will report directly to the President of Court Surface Specialists Ltd.

**Qualifications**
- Sales, account management and sales operations skills
- Sales management and business development experience
- Proven track record achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Experience in the sports or construction industry is a plus
- Experience with Shopify / HubSpot and/or other technology platforms that enable sales success

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
