Contract Administrator

**Responsibilities include**:_
- Manage paperwork related to contracts
- Review plans, specifications and contracts to ensure that correct materials, equipment and services are ordered/purchased
- Assist in determining contract terms and conditions
- Work with the entire construction department to ensure project goals are met
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excel skills at an intermediate to advanced level
- Ability to prioritize and manage time in a productive and efficient manner
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Valid Drivers’ License and vehicle required to travel to various job sites when needed
