**Marketing Lead**

Folio Interiors is the only truly Design-Build company in our sector. Located in Mississauga, Ontario, we specialize in the refurbishment of high-rise condominium common areas in the GTA, and we are growing again Folio is on the lookout for the right Marketing associate.

Folio’s goal is to deliver a great project within budget and on time. We care about solving our clients’ problems, and we pride ourselves on our nimble and collaborative approach.

Due to the nature of Design-Build, our work generates a tremendous number of different documents and media images. Systems are in place to organize them and need to be maintained. Content management, information technology, creativity and competence with different media are the key skill areas for this role.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
**Overall Strategy**

**Web Marketing**

Plan and execute SEO activities to improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting, based on click-through rates, traffic, Google rank, and conversions.

Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google business listings and Google rank

Website assistance (testing, analytics, manage content with webmaster)

**Creative Content and Branding**

Use professional Graphic design software (Adobe Suite, Microsoft, Google programs) as well as Canva, Prezzi or other hosted platforms to create compelling slide deck presentations, layouts for advertisements, wireframes, banners, social posts, brochures and flyers, backdrops, Prepare artwork for print and promotional products and submit correct file types to printers and vendors. Prepare graphics as needed for interior design projects such as signage and wall art.

Write and combine compelling copy with relevant images for distribution in newsletters and online channels including blogs and submitting articles for publication.

Photograph and hire photographers and videographers, and art direct content related to our company and projects.

Create, curate and/or edit videos and images for publishing on a regular basis

Maintain and follow our brand guidelines and understand colour on digital and print media.

**Promotional Products Procurement and Management**

Inventory, sort and manage our stock of promotional materials.

Order and oversee QC of promotional materials from clothing to hard goods of various kinds and coordinate the logistics of imprinting with other service providers(embroidery, silkscreen, laser etching services) managing the delivery, payment and pickup of items.

Meet and research suppliers and vendors to explore high quality options for swag and request samples when needed.

Work with vehicle wraps to modify designs and coordinate company cars as needed to receive graphics

**PR, Events and Association Management, Sales Support**

Understand and liaise with our industry associations

Book and plan trade events (monthly luncheons and trade shows)

Explore sponsorship opportunities

Keep our profiles and listings up to date in Associations publications and websites

Explore opportunities for publishing and media

Help organize Google Drive folders and manage templates for sales tools

Help organize images and other files

Help create proposals and web pages

Assist with projectors, packing and unpacking display and tech gear for the design and sales team

AV help when needed

**Social Media Management**

Create and publish posts in social media on a regular basis.

Follow a content schedule and plan future activities with the Sales and Marketing team

Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy that defines how social media marketing techniques will be applied to increase visibility and traffic across all folio social sites.

Understand how to make various post types mainly in Tiktock, Instagram and Linked In

Engage with audience where appropriate

**Reporting**

Quarterly reporting of all areas of marketing by predetermined metrics

**CRM and Newsletter Management**

Crafting newsletters in HubSpot and mailing to members of mailing lists

Growing our CRM and keeping the various properties up to date

Support the Sales team as needed with technical assistance

**IT Support**

Hardware and Software maintenance

Troubleshooting our various systems for the office

Understand and manage phone and internet systems

Purchase needed wares for this purpose

Liaise with printer/copier services and understand how to print various file types for best visuals and design packages for the trade crews and design teams
