**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team in daily operations
- Develop and create innovative menus that meet quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or promotions
- Manage inventory, control food costs, and place orders for ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week
