**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and maintain office systems, including filing, data management, and record-keeping. Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and equipment is properly maintained
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments and meetings
- Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems and databases. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Retrieve and compile information from various sources as needed
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
- Draft, edit, and proofread various documents, including letters, invoices, and reports. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Provide general administrative support to the management team

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or courses in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- Vehicle required

**Salary**: $36,500.00-$40,000.00 per year
