_**Project Coordinator**_

**Ruel Concrete Ltd.** is a progressive, fast growing company that has operated in the Peace River area since 1989, with the recent expansion to the Slave Lake Area. We provide gravel, asphalt, and concrete services to Municipalities, Alberta Transportation, General Contractors, and Developers in our community and surrounding areas.

**Applicant roles will be**:

- Coordinate, schedule, and execute the collection and stakeout of field data.
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Work with Estimator when bidding projects
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
- Build and manage a positive relationship within the team and external stakeholders
- Log, process, and format field data for future reference and analysis.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
- Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail
- Prepare survey drawings and reports.
- Review and provide data analysis using surveys, reports, and drawings.
- Provide routine maintenance and care for the survey tools and instrumentation.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to specifications and budget.
- Plan, prepare, and monitor job construction schedules and coordinate with internal company schedules.
- Help out with scale operations as needed
- Represent the company regarding business matters at construction site meetings.
- Stay in Direct contact with Paving, Base and Concrete Superintendents
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.
- Collect, evaluate and submit job site quantity reports, calculations, and invoicing.
- Enforce and exemplify the highest standards of health and safety
- Traveling and managing projects that come up around the province
- Involved in every morning meeting giving all management project updates

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $120,000 - $150,000

- Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Saturday 7:00 am to 12:00 pm as needed

Applicates must have drivers licence. - Minimum 5 years of experience in road construction and/or managing provincial and territorial projects

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
