OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
St. Catharines PhysioHeal is looking for an Office Administrator to join our team.
- Experience in a Physiotherapy clinic or Chiropractic clinic would be preferred.
- Responsible, well organized and able to work under pressure as well as multi-task
- Proficient use of computers, experience with Universal scheduler is a plus
- Able to handle and schedule a high volume of patients per day while retaining the ability to re-call and track patients who are not scheduled.
- Experience in MVA and EHC paperwork and billing is a must
- Experience in WSIB paperwork and billing is an asset
- Excellent phone manners & outstanding people skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
