The Office of the Clerk is seeking a motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual for the auxiliary full-time position of Administrative Assistant (Co-op).

Reporting to the Executive Operations Coordinator and working in close collaboration with all colleagues in the Office of the Clerk, the Administrative Assistant (Co-op) provides administrative, logístical, and research services within the Office of the Clerk in support of departmental and organizational initiatives.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Applicants must be/have:

- Experience providing administrative and/or logístical support for events and meetings.
- Experience in conducting research and preparing written materials based on the research
- Experience working in an office environment.
- Experience working in a customer service role.
