Office Administrator

**Required Skills**:
- Must have high degree of computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Experience in website administration an asset
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain professional communications with stakeholders
- Maintain and update AAMAC’s databases
- Maintain and update AAMAC’s website
- Schedule meetings and webinars on Zoom.
- Provide administrative support for the AAMAC financial system i.e.; tracking income, expenses, preparation of cheques and receipts, monthly reconciliations, payroll and other tasks
- Work in co-ordination with the Treasurer and the Executive Director by providing administrative support including annual audit
- Posting to social media
- Ensure payment of quarterly payroll tax to CRA and preparing T4s; Preparing all annual tax forms/returns and claiming bi-annual GST/HST rebate
- Ensure the supply of appropriate of information, as identified by AAMAC, such as booklets, pamphlets and other information
- Maintain a resource library
- Publicize meetings on social media and with external stakeholders.
- Maintains Board minutes and motions, accompanying files and reports
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: Hybrid remote in King City, ON L7B 1G2
