We’re actively looking for **Business Development Representative **to join our growing sales team

**What** will I do?**

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible to develop new business through actively prospecting and meeting with prospective clients to discuss the landscape of their current Group Benefits/Group Retirement program.

**Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:
New business development:

- Actively prospect and deliver new clients to PACE Consulting Benefits & Pensions Ltd.
- Liaise with prospective clients and insurance carriers through the entire sales process
- In conjunction with the Sales Manager and Client Manager, lead all aspects of the sales process through the successful implementation of a new client

**What **we need from you**:

- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record
- Strong phone presence and comfortable making cold calls daily
- Strong “Hunter” approach to sales with the ability to create, grow and manage your block of business.
- Strong communication skills, professional demeanour, and presentation
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A valid driver's license and vehicle

**It’s a bonus if you have**:

- LLQP license or willing to obtain
- Knowledge/experience in group benefits and group retirement services
- GBA or RPA designation
