Overview

We’re looking for a HCS Support Assistant to perform a variety of administrative support functions, including coordinating projects, arranging meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining files. If you enjoy providing exceptional administrative support, consider joining us for this permanent full-time opportunity at our head office in Richmond.

**Where you’ll work**

At this time, this is a hybrid position where you will work primarily from home but are expected to be on-site once a week.

What you'll do
- Coordinate projects
- Arrange and coordinate external meetings
- Develop, streamline, and implement administrative procedures
- Collect and analyze data to design and produce management reports
- Plan, prioritize, and manage new workstation requests
- Initiate and approve request for office repairs, maintenance, and office equipment Produce procedure manuals
- Maintain appropriate filing
- Maintain the accuracy of items on a Team Site

- Demonstrate attention to detail and accurately handle concurrent activities
- Work as a member of a team by proactively assisting, supporting, and cooperating with team members
- Independently plan and prioritize to meet deadlines in a high-volume, multi-tasking, client-focused environment
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes; recommend solutions and refer issues as appropriate
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Your background and experience**
- Completion of Grade 12
- Ability to type 55 words per minute
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent English language skills, with accurate grammar and spelling
