We are currently looking for a **Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist **to join our team

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to generate leads and drive brand awareness for AMG Medical through SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other online marketing channels.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and other SEO activities to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the AMG Medical website.
- Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content for the AMG Medical website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Manage and optimize AMG Medical's HubSpot CRM, ensuring that customer data is accurate, up-to-date, and segmented effectively for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing and CRM performance metrics, generating reports and insights for the marketing team and senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring that AMG Medical's digital marketing efforts remain competitive and effective.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other online marketing channels.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms.
