Reporting to the Vice-President, **Sales Representative **will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the needs of customers. Your deep understanding of the Canadian market, combined with your exceptional sales skills and strategic approach will be key to your success in this role.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the Canadian market.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients’ business needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions that drive value and success.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to clients, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Communicate market feedback and insights to internal teams to support product development and improvement.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the Canadian market.
- Strong understanding of cultural, economic, and business dynamics across Canada.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Ability to travel within the Canadian region.
