RESPONSIBILITIES
**Prospecting and Relationship Development**:
- Identify new recruitment opportunities within high schools;
- Establish strong partnerships with guidance counselors, teachers, and administrators to create pipelines of potential students;
**Achieving Sales Goals**:
- Manage a portfolio of designated schools, generate and track leads, aiming to exceed enrollment targets;
**Event Management**:
- Organize engaging recruitment events, both on-campus and off-campus, highlighting the strengths of the programs;
- Tailor presentations to the specific needs of schools and students;
**Active Brand Promotion**:
- Represent the institution at school events, student fairs, and other gatherings, using your sales skills to promote Collège LaSalle;
**Sales Strategy**:
- Develop innovative sales strategies based on market trend analysis and identify new growth opportunities;
**Data Tracking and Analysis**:
- Use CRM tools to track your performance, analyze conversion data, and adjust your strategies to maximize results;
- Present regular reports to the admissions and marketing teams;
**Sales Cycle Management**:
- Manage the complete enrollment cycle, from the initial interaction to closure, ensuring a positive customer experience for prospective students.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, education, communications, management, or a related field (an asset);
- More than 2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, account management, or a similar role;
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Possess a valid driver’s license, own a vehicle, and be ready to travel within Quebec for recruitment activities;
- Bilinguism (french and english).
This role involves interaction with several clients and partners. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
