Account Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after deals are finalized, ensuring all inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Working with the packaging engineer to create hand mock-up sample bags that meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate the shipping and receiving of product samples.
- Collaborate with both the customer’s and Unified Flex’s engineering teams to finalize layouts, deliverables, and specification sheets.
- Provide regular updates to customers on project timelines, milestones, and status, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of factory acceptance tests (FATs), installation trips, and shipping schedules.
- Ensure all logístical details are communicated effectively to customers and internal teams, minimizing delays and ensuring timely project completion.
- Assist customers with post-delivery needs, including arranging spare parts and providing ongoing technical support.
- Actively follow up with assigned customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that arise after delivery.
- Track and manage customer invoices, ensuring timely payment and resolving any billing discrepancies.
- Work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information in the CRM system, tracking interactions, follow-ups, and key account details.
- Assist business development specialists by scheduling meetings with new and existing customers, providing reminders, and ensuring all appointments are well-prepared for.
- Assist in organizing and collecting data during industry events such as the Pack Expo Show, ensuring no business opportunities are missed.
- Follow up on leads generated during events and maintain ongoing communication with potential clients to convert prospects into customers.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effective
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, account management preferably technical or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with packaging machinery and processes is a plus
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and track sales activities
- Ability to coordinate logistics and scheduling, ensuring all customer needs are met efficiently
