- **The Job**:_
- Your goal for 2025 is to proactively grow the Canadian market, you will be the “feet on the ground” representing the business with the full support of the team. You will focus on maintaining existing accounts, identifying prospective customers, and developing new relationships.
- This is a pure solution sales role so you will be accustomed to working with a lengthy sales cycle (up to 18 months) and competent at working closely with customers and technical/design professionals to find bespoke solutions to specific process requirements.
- As a natural, hungry but humble hunter you will focus on new business development but with a strong pipeline already in place, you will hit the ground running. As a field-based position, visiting clients across Canada you must be comfortable as a solo-operator and can travel on a regular basis, the majority of your time would be spent in Ontario in particular the GTA.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Drive new business growth and manage a robust pipeline of existing projects.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations,
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to outperform competitors.
- **Qualifications**:_
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably with a construction industry background/knowledge.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Canada, with overnight stays as required.
- A self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach.
