**Position Summary**

Reporting to the **Senior Manager of **Revenue Operations**, we are looking for a **Sales Coordinator** in Vancouver** **within the Revenue Operations department.

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, collaborative sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and identifying areas of improvement in the sales process. The sales coordinator's responsibilities include supporting sales, coordinating cross-functionally with other departments, supporting our sales tools and processes, and handling administrative duties.

To be a successful sales coordinator, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills and be a strong team player. You should also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills.

**What you'll be doing**:
Collaborate and work closely with the Sales teams for the following:

- Supporting and enabling Trulioo's sales teams to drive revenue at scale efficiently and strategically
- This team is responsible for strategic revenue planning, operational effectiveness in our tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams
- Successful Sales Coordinators are highly organized and efficient, working closely with our cross functional teams and supporting the sales team and verticals at large
- Anticipate issues and take initiative to solve for them through Salesforce and process hygiene
- Partner with collaborators such as Legal, Marketing, and Product on all facets of prospect relations
- Develop internal relationships and effectively communicate plan details to sales team, and in some instances, clients
- Work with the rest of the RevOps team and Revenue leadership to support new business opportunities
- Stay abreast of industry news and competitors

**You Have**:

- 2 + years of proficient knowledge of Salesforce, Highspot
- 2+ years working in a SaaS company
- Knowledge of sales prospecting tools and industry best practices
- Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence
- Experience working with GSuite and MS office products including Excel and Powerpoint; ability to use vlookup and pivot tables
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Marketing, and Product teams
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- A self-starter who can identify what needs to be done and take relevant action
- Proficiency in English
- Understanding of Trulioo's value proposition and mission
- Understanding of a 'go-to-market' strategy in technology sales is an advantage
