**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage sales activitiy for assigned territories/accounts.
- Within the GE Additive Commercial team, act as the focal point for the Materials business unit.
- Strong collaboration cross-functionally with GE Additve Commercial team.
- Strong collaboration cross-functionally with AP&C’s Order Management, Logistic and Material expert team. Provide support on situations potentially affecting the customer relation and taking decision for the benefit of the business.
- Responsible for sales pipeline management, lead generation and sales reporting.
- Responsible for Key Strategic Account Management and project coordination.
- Develop GE/AP&C powder market share.
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of own and others sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups and uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute strategy.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management.
- Strong and demonstrated experience in a relevant commercial role.
- Minium of 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development.

**Requiered Skills**:

- Very good knowledge of English both written and spoken in order to interact with colleagues and clients.
- Strong business acumen
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Strong capacity to influence and conduct commerical negotiations.
- Capacity to work under preassure.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
- Contribute to the development of the strategy.
- Travel is required, approximately 25-30%

**Rôles et responsabilités**:

- Gérer l’activité commercial pour les territoires/comptes assignés.
- Au sein de l’équipe GE Additive Commercial, agir en tant que point focal pour l’unité d’affaires Matériaux.
- Forte collaboration interfonctionnelle avec l’équipe commerciale de GE Additve.
- Forte collaboration interfonctionnelle avec l’équipe de gestion des commandes, l'équipe logistique ainsi qu'avec l'équipe d'experts matériaux
- Fournir du support aux équipes sur des situations pouvant affecter la relation client et prendre des décisions pour le bénéfice de l’entreprise.
- Gestion de comptes stratégiques et coordination de projets critiques.
- Développer la part de marché des poudres GE/AP&C.
- Développer une connaissance approfondie de son territoire de vente, des gammes de produits, des marchés, des processus de vente ou des groupes de clients et utiliser la pensée analytique et l’expérience commerciale pour exécuter la stratégie.
- Connaître les meilleures pratiques et la façon dont son propre secteur s’intègre aux autres ; est conscient de la concurrence et des facteurs qui les différencient sur le marché."

**Qualifications requises**
- Baccalauréat en ingénierie ou en gestion d’entreprise.
- Expérience solide et avérée dans un rôle commercial pertinent.
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans la vente et/ou le développement des affaires.

- Très bonne connaissance de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral afin d’interagir avec les collègues et les clients.
- Sens aigu des affaires
- Fortes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
