**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Handle incoming calls and manage phone systems
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Utilize computerized systems for office tasks
- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Support office staff with various tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and administrative tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

Pay: $20.20-$22.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
