**Job Overview**
Main job activities include sending out legal standard notices to Insurance companies, institutions about the towed vehicles and follow up with the pending items
Keep updated records
Follow up with the customers for the outstanding amounts on a regular basis
**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Manage administrative duties such as filing, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and assisting clients with their needs.
- Assist in the management of office supplies and inventory to ensure availability.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record management.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role; experience in a medical or dental office is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Flexible language requirement:

- Monday to Friday
