**Accounts Receivable Associate**

**This is a Full-time role based out of ClubLink's resort properties in Muskoka**

**Qualifications required**:

- Minimum of 1 year accounting experience required.
- Post secondary education in an accounting or business focus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting stringent month end deadlines.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills required.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Work in a team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Must have own vehicle and willing to travel 1-2 days a week.
- Cash reconciliation and audit reconciliation.
- Maintain group billing file and ensures the BEO's and charges are accurate in accordance with the contracts.
- Key enters payments received and reconciles customer payments to accounts.
- Investigates discrepancies and key enters adjustments.
- Follows a collection routine including mailing of letters and telephone communication when collecting overdue accounts.
- Ensures guest deposits are processed/received when due for social/group in conjunction with the front desk.
- Prioritising payment schedules for invoices.
- On-site resort functions would be to count, balance and deposit the daily cash, maintain the cash gratuity worksheets daily and disburse the cash gratuities to the employees.
- Assist in other accounting functions as assigned.
