**Finance Clerk 3**

**The Opportunity**

The Finance Clerk 3 will assist in directing and administering the financial requirements of day-to-day

operations, including analyzing and reviewing financial information for preparation of financial reports.

**What you will do: What you will need**:

- Accounts balancing with completion of necessary

audits and reports.
- Assist in the assurance of proper adherence to

financial policy and internal control.
- Analyze and review financial information, including

information of a confidential nature.
- Preparation of financial reports for review by Finance

Manager.
- Supervise assigned personnel.
- Three years of post-secondary education in

accounting/business and/or working toward

an accounting designation with three years

progressive related experience preferably

with supervisory experience.
- Ability to communicate and facilitate

management’s financial requirements and

analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate

effectively and courteously with members of

the public and staff, in person, by telephone

or electronically.

**What we are offering**

This is a **permanent full-time** opportunity at the District. The hourly compensation range for this role is **$30.90**
