**Location** - North Campus Edmonton. This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person.

**Position**

The Research Coordinator will support the ongoing study: Enhancing Child Engagement in Goal Setting (ENGAGE) Study.

**Project supervisors**:
Dr. Lesley Pritchard, Associate Professor, Department of Physical Therapy, Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine.

Dr. Sandy Thompson-Hodgetts, Associate Professor, Department of Occupational Therapy, Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine.

**Duties**
- Manage weekly research operations, ensuring that all aspects of the protocol are adhered to.
- Manage and coordinate the research project across multiple sites in Alberta and with multiple occupational therapists, physical therapists and study assessors.
- Maintain an electronic database to track all phases of the project (training, recruitment, budget, assessments, interventions, and interviews).
- Report to the PIs in a weekly meeting.
- Prepare research study materials.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Graduate degree or current graduate student.
- Relevant experience with working with families and children with disability.
- Collaborative team player.
- Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and reliability are essential.
- Well-developed interpersonal and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-developed coordinating skills to frequently arrange meetings and assessments with therapists and study participants.
