We are looking for a detail
- and customer service-oriented Property Manager Assistant (PMA) for our Residential team located in downtown Vancouver. Reporting directly to the Director, Asset Management Residential, the PMA provides superior administrative support to ensure consistent quality services for tenants and property managers, and to help enhance the overall value of the buildings.

Key Responsibilities
- Following internal process flow and regulatory guidelines to issue and distribute notices for repairs and maintenance, rent increases, late payments, returned cheques or evictions;
- Assisting in ensuring the timely preparation of financial statements and presentation of Investor’s Reports;
- Coordinating with property managers, accountants, and other support staff to provide operation support in the day-to-day implementation of policies and procedures;
- Working with Property Accountants and Property Managers to collect rent and resolve arrears;
- Entering and maintaining information in the accounting and property management platforms;
- Assisting with uniform and supply purchases, issuing invoices and administering of invoices from vendors including but not limited to scanning, coding and filing;
- Facilitating the response to tenants and on-site staff member inquiries.

What You Bring
- 3 to 4 years of experience working in an administrative position while providing quality customer service with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize demands;
- Completion of a high school diploma;
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word;
- Familiarity with Yardi Voyageur and Angus AnyWhere is an asset;
- Willing to obtain _Real Estate Trading Services Licensing _under the Real Estate Council of BC.
- Taking direction and following through on assigned work in a timely manner;
- Providing effective and efficient administration in a fast-paced environment, including coordination of support services, accurate and timely record keeping, organization of events, etc.;
- Diligently dealing with methods of organization and detail in performing his/her duties;
- Demonstrating maturity, confidence, and tact, particularly when dealing with difficult issues or conflict;
- Developing positive and professional relationships with a variety of people while practicing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
