**Company Overview**:We are a commercial Property Management company based in downtown Vancouver, seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant to Property Managers. This is an in-office role requiring your presence at our downtown office, supporting the team of two Property Managers.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Facilitate rent collection, including managing postdated cheques
- Generate and review AR reports, address arrears, and send default letters when required
- Coordinate service requests between Tenants and Operations
- Create miscellaneous documents, including communications, memos, notices and contracts
- Support Property Management and Operations teams during emergencies
- Maintain digital and physical files
- Log and monitor records, including utility accounts, Tenants’ contact information, as well as insurance and business license expiries
- Log and monitor maintenance schedules and property assessments
- Prepare and distribute Welcome Packages, charge sheets, reconciliation letters, etc.
- Obtain contractor quotes as needed
- Assist in annual budgeting and calendar management
- Aid in Tenant 'Move In' and 'Move Out' processes
- Support close-out procedures for properties
- Assist with accounting tasks and information requests
- Perform additional duties as needed

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience or relevant education in the administrative field
- Experience in Property Management is an asset
- Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, administrative skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, prioritization, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and knowledge of Yardi/Concur or similar software
- Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, think critically, and work both independently and collaboratively

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive compensation package with full benefits. Annual salary at $55,000-60,000, based on experience and qualifications.
- Full-time position with working hours from 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, at our downtown Vancouver office.
