**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**

C&C Property is a strata property management firm based in North Vancouver that has steadily grown for 25 years. We are reliable and down-to-earth, with a reputation built by delivering on clearly set expectations. We are exclusively strata managers, serving strata councils - we do not provide rental management or trading (Realtor) services.

**NATURE OF WORK**

The Strata Manager manages a portfolio of properties, serving as the primary link between C & C and our client strata corporations.

Reporting to our Managing Broker, this is an excellent opportunity to be mentored by a highly capable strata manager with over 10 years’ experience in the industry.

This position is full time in our North Vancouver office located near Lonsdale Quay. The Seabus is steps away. Depending on experience, hybrid or fully remote work is possible.

Working hours are flexible as we trust our managers to be accountable. Participation in an after-hours on-call rotation is required (phone only, no visits required).

**QUALIFICATIONS**

A Representative License to provide strata management services (as issued by the BC Financial Services Authority).

2+ years experience in strata management or its equivalent in other jurisdictions.

Legal authorization to work in Canada.
