Job Responsibilities- Tracks all trade marketing activity across Canada and owns/maintains the National Trade Marketing Grid across all brands & regions- Uses consumer and customer insights to develop trade marketing and occasion-based marketing tools and programs for execution by the field sales team- Plays lead role within Labatt Trade Marketing as team liaison with the channel marketing and sales operations teams- Owner/Manager of Universal Product Codes (UPCs) across all brands and materials- Manages the national sampling program, responsible for achieving sampling and conversion targets nationally- Leads trade activation integration and execution with the Innovation, Supply & Logistics teams- Owner/Administrator of the National Promotional Product Authorization (NPPA) system- Responsible for coordinating new product listings with all provincial liquor boards- Manage external and internal customer relationships- Responsible for executing post-program evaluations to measure ROI, identify key indicators of success, and gather feedback & insights from customers for continuous improvement

Job Qualifications and Competencies- University Degree in Business or related field- 2-3 years of general sales, marketing or operations experience in a fast-paced, high performance environment- Strong teamwork, communication, presentation, & negotiation skills- Ability to manage a wide range of priorities simultaneously- Project management skills are an asset- Shopper Insight experience is an asset- Strong ability to build and influence interpersonal relationships (internally across departments and with external partners)- Ability to derive insights from consumer research and analysis- General business acumen for short and long-term business planning
