**Position Summary**
The **National Clinical Network Manager** plays an integral role in the Health and Wellness Services space at CloudMD. Reporting to the Leader, D&D Disability Management, the role will have the responsibility of recruiting, credentialing, training, and retaining physicians, clinicians, and health care clinics for our national network roster.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for recruiting, credentialing, training and retaining physicians, clinicians and health care clinics
- Service fee negotiations and clinical consultant overviews
- Oversees the Clinical Consultants and completes their Performance Management
- Organizes documents/administration
- Continued updates and knowledge of the trends in the healthcare field
- (Due diligence) thorough research of qualifications and history for each potential physician/clinician/clinic
- Develops, maintains, and updates communications strategy, to ensure regular contact with national network roster is maintained
- Determines the needs for national network by analyzing new and existing contracts
- Works with the business leaders in the development of a selection process for physicians, clinicians, and clinics
- Ensures compliance with all company policies
- Analyzes, prepares, and creates reports
- Works in collaboration with other managers and business units
**What you need to be successful**
- A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing and/or Communications is an asset
- Direct sales and leadership experience is an asset
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Experience in research and development
- Database organization and management
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Experience and expert knowledge in researching using Google Chrome, Safari and or Microsoft Edge tools and resources
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset but strongly required
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
