Territory Sales Representative

**Job Purpose**
The Territory Sales Professional wins revenue and maintains relationships in assigned region, primarily calling on new car dealers, in a specific market area. He/She is responsible for achieving recurring sales growth and profitability.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Responsible for creating sales for the company through all revenue streams.
- Working to sales and revenue targets along with strategic objectives.
- Identifying and reaching out to new potential clients, documenting activity in the company CRM.
- Responsible for maintaining excellent relationship with company operations.
- Ensures active clients have valid, signed agreements.
**Accountabilities and performance measures**:
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
- Achieves assigned sales quota in designated region.
- Maintains monthly recurring growth month over month.
- Utilizes company CRM, updating all activity daily.
**Required qualifications**:
- Familiar with CRM software and documenting activities.
- Minimum one year of sales or relevant B2B experience.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence others to create desired results.
- Must be highly motivated and have people skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organization skills; superior attention to detail.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoin, and Publisher.
**Working conditions**:
- Combination of office; remote and in-field activities as required.
- A minimum of 35-hour work week.
- Daily access to a personal vehicle.
- Ability to drive to customer locations throughout the Greater Toronto area.
**Compensation**:
- Commission based. Guarantee against commission.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $31,025.18-$65,642.31 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
