**SUMMARY**:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing initiatives that support the organization’s strategic objectives and will oversee a full complement of marketing channel activities which may include but are not limited to industry events, development of engaging sales and marketing materials, copywriting for industry publications, web presence and optimization, branding, product launch planning, and special projects.
This position will lead the marketing team and manage the day-to day departmental requirements. This position will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager and should be located within commuting distance of Innisfil, Ontario.

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-Secondary Advanced Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, a related program OR equivalent experience

**_Experience: _**
- Proven experience (5+ years) with 3+ years’ experience managing and developing direct reports. in a Marketing Manager position or a related Management role
- Experience developing marketing strategies and executing plans on time and on budget.
- Advanced experience with a variety of digital platforms, including proficiency in, WordPress, Google Analytics and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint, CRM platforms, Asana or similar project management platform, Hubspot ,Canva and Hootsuite.
- Experience implementing social media strategies and learning and utilizing new digital, video and content development tools on a regular basis.
- Experience in market research and data analysis, with the ability to draw insights and contribute recommendations to make data driven decisions
- Experience organizing timelines, tracking data and expenses and supporting large scale events such as tradeshows
**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Oversee and be accountable for all aspects of the company’s marketing activities across a geographically diverse organization
- Support preparation and monitoring of marketing budget and departmental expense reports and be responsible for ensuring fiscal policies are adhered to.
- Lead, develop and support the marketing team in a manner that fosters creativity and excellence and that maximizes the individual strengths of each team member
- Develop and execute project management timelines marketing strategies for organization wide strategies that align with company objectives.
- Monitor, track, and document campaign results; analyze data/customer response and cultivate and integrate new ideas and campaigns that align with current and future sales goals
- Collaborate with cross functional departments to assess marketing requirements, develop plans and prioritize deliverables
- Oversee the organization, planning, follow-up and evaluation of various tradeshows and company events
