**TYPE**:Full-time, Contract (Spring/Summer Term)***

**SUMMARY**:
The Marketing Co-op position will support a variety of marketing initiatives including digital, social media, graphic design, and other marketing related projects. The organization will focus on exposing this individual to various tasks, projects, and experiences as it relates to developing their marketing skills and education while working towards achieving the company’s marketing objectives.

- **Digital Savvy**: Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and online analytics. Including; Hootsuite, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms
- **Team Collaboration**: Cross-departmental collaboration required.
- **Time Management**: Efficient in adhering to task scheduling and prompt deadlines with mínimal disruption.

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must be enrolled in a Marketing program at a College or University
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Previous marketing experience an asset
- Prior experience with constant contact, hub-spot, or mail chimp
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite preferred

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create, update, and post various communications across social media platforms.
- Provide timely communication responses to social media comments, replies, and requests.
- Collaborate with team on brainstorming new creative ideas to enhance the organizations presence online.
- Maintain and update company websites with up to date and relevant information.
- Examine website and social media content, identify issues, and inform stakeholders accordingly.
- Assist in managing the content calendar.
- Design, create, and publish newsletters to customers and industry representatives.
- Partner with Sales and Regional Directors to develop fresh promotional content and assets.
- Support team members by assisting with their ongoing projects.
- Aid in creating and updating traditional marketing collaterals including brochures, business cards, flyers, direct mails, catalogs, displays, and other advertisements.
